✨ Return Eligibility
We accept returns for domestic U.S. orders only if the product is sealed, unused, and in its original condition. For quality assurance, all return packages are recorded during the opening process. If a product is found to have been opened or used, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

✨ Return Window & Fees

• Free returns are available within 5 days from the delivery date.
• For returns requested after 5 days, a fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund.
• All returns must be initiated within 28 days of receipt.

✨ DIY Products
Please note that DIY products are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, as they are processed in a separate facility.

✨ Additional Note
If a return is denied due to the item not meeting our policy (e.g., opened or used), we will not issue a refund. Customers may request the item be shipped back, in which case the shipping fee will be at the customer’s expense.
